||A Member or Emeritus Member may extend the use of the facilities to their guests in compliance with these rules. Members of the Association and Emeritus Members who violate the Guest Rules shall lose their guest admitting privileges and shall be subject to suspension for serious or repeated offenses at the discretion of the Executive Committee.
||There are three types of guests: One Season Guests (with Guest Cards), weekly guests (with guest cards), and Daily Guests.
||One Season Guests shall be persons who are guests of a member of the Association or an Emeritus Member and are residing with the Member or Emeritus Member as part of his or her household, but are not in the Member's or Emeritus Member's employ. Members and Emeritus Members shall file an application with the Secretary - Treasurer, including the names of all family members in the case of a Family Guest Card. Upon approval of the application by the Membership Committee the Secretary shall notify the Member or Emeritus Member of the guest fee due and upon receipt of the fee, shall issue a Guest Card.
||Weekly Guests shall be persons who are guests of a Member of the Association or an Emeritus Member and are residing with the Member or Emeritus Member as part of his or her personal household, but are not in the Member's or Emeritus Member's employ. Application for a Weekly Guest Card shall be made to the Secretary - Treasurer and will include the name of the guests and the beginning and ending dates of the weeks for which the application was made. Upon receipt of the fee, a guest card will be issued.
||One Season or Weekly Guest Cards may be issued to individuals or families. A family shall be deemed to include not more than two adults, together with their unmarried children under the age of 26 years, all of whom reside together.
||Daily Guests must be signed in each day with the Lifeguard by a Member of the Association or an Emeritus Member. One Season Guests and Weekly Guests should leave their Guests Cards with the Lifeguard.
||Daily or Weekly guests shall not be extended the use of the facilities of the Association for more than sixteen days in any one year. This limitation shall not apply to a member's children over the age of 25 and their spouses, children, and other descendants who may also sign in with the Lifeguard themselves.
||The Fees for Guests are as follows:
One season guest card:
Child under 21: $100.00
Weekly Guest Card:
Child under 21: $10.00
Babies not walking are free.
Babysitters are admitted free of charge.
||A copy of the Guest Rules shall be kept by the Lifeguard in the sign-in book for guests and shall be posted next to the tennis court sign-in sheet in the Clubhouse.
||Members are expected to report persons they believe to be unauthorized guests to the Lifeguard who in turn shall take up the matter promptly with the Chair of the Waterfront Committee. Unauthorized guests shall be asked to leave the premises and may not be admitted as guests for the remainder of the season. Unauthorized guests who are on the waiting list for admission to the Association shall go to the end of the waiting list.
